Overseer\Bishop Wilfred Smith is the founding Pastor of the Church of God and True Holiness Outreach located in Bowling Green, Florida. Pastor Smith and his wife Rena Smith reside in Winter Haven, Florida. Pastor Smith has a heart for outreach ministries, he enjoys working in the community. Pastor Smith was ordained as a Minister in 1980. In 1983 he was founder and President of the Brotherhood with the Churches of God and True Holiness. He began ministering in Bowling Green in 1992 and in 1994 he was ordained as an Elder.
OUR CHURCH
True Holiness Outreach began from a tent revival and fellowships held at various locations in Bowling Green, Fl under the leadership of Pastor Smith. True Holiness Outreach purchased an acre of land in 1997 and January 31, 1999 True Holiness Outreach held it's church dedication, on April 26, 2015 Church of God and True Holiness Outreach, changed their name to New Life Power Outreach Church and Installed Elder Smith as Bishop New Life continues to assist the community by working with the youth. Bishop Smith enjoys assisting the youth by mentoring them and encouraging them to pursue both spiritual and natural goals. Bishop Smith is still leading and encouraging his congregation to walk together in Christian love, strive for the advancement of the church, promote spirituality and to spread the gospel to all of the nation.
